Steve Falcone, CPM – Executive Vice President

Mr. Falcone is the Executive Vice President for Unified Management.

Mr. Falcone joined Unified Management in 1999 as a Regional Property Manager. During his twenty years of property management experience, Mr. Falcone has held the positions of Maintenance Supervisor, Regional Property Manager and Vice President of Senior Village Management, a division of Unified Management.

As Executive Vice President, Mr. Falcone concentrates on property performance oversight and employee development. Mr. Falcone is a CPM through the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson license.
